Returns

If your client is not fully satisfied with their purchase, rugs may be returned within 30 days of delivery, less applicable shipping charges. Please note the following conditions:

  • Returns are not accepted for final sale or clearance items
  • Rugs must be returned in their original vendor packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped
