Los Angeles Home of Rugs offers free standard shipping on all orders shipping to the contiguous lower 48 United States. We want to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible, and we process and dispatch most standard orders within 1 to 2 business days of purchase.

Please note: Free standard shipping does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations. Please contact us for shipping rates to these locations.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via ground shipping using any of the major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to offer a carrier selection option at checkout. The most appropriate carrier for your location and order will be chosen at the time of dispatch.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer's remorse, including but not limited to: the item did not fit, did not match the color or quality expected, change of mind, ordered by mistake, or purchased elsewhere.

If the return is the result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover all return shipping costs and refund the full cost of the merchandise including original shipping charges.
