We offer standard free shipping on all orders shipping to the lower 48 states in the U.S. Please note that this offer does not apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO, and International orders.
Most standard orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We use ground shipping as our standard shipping method and will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. If you need your order expedited, please contact us for alternative shipping options and rates.

Return Policy
We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality rugs that meet their needs and expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new or original and unused condition in the original packaging or comparable packaging. We inspect all returned items to ensure that they meet these criteria.
Please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error and you received an incorrect item.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the return to be processed and the refund to be issued.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
